HOW TO MAKE YOUR WAY TO SIX PACK ABS?

Are you tired of sweating yourself out in the gym to get close to the body you desire? Are you pushing yourself hard every day to view another pair of abs? Is your dream to get six pack abs looking a far off reality? Whatever seems to fit your bill, there is no alternative to working hard rigorously for the body you want.

You cannot have six packs and a lean body. To combat such a situation, you need to focus on making yourself full. In this way, you will be able to able to gain muscles and later on you can work on lowering your body fat to shape up those six packs.

STRATEGIES TO EAT LESS DURING SOCIAL EVENTS



An invite can surely pump up your level of happiness to new heights, but does that mean your health regime is signaling you red flags? It becomes difficult to go into a social event and not give in to the delicious food, but it is not next to impossible to enjoy the company and eatables. Before the Event
 
It is a golden time to plan post party to avoid indulging in high calorie intake food. To prepare for it you can save yourself by eating small meals from home itself. It will help in curbing down your hunger making you feel full and in the long run it will help you to avoid making bad food choices on the venue.

During the Event

Now, when you are a part of umpteen people in the event it is hard to go unnoticed by not having anything to eat. This is having an alternative to it too. You can focus on low calorie dishes. Make sure that your platter is having veggies, meat and protein rich items so that even at a party, you are ensuring to have your share of nutrients. 

Ditch the diet cokes and replace it with healthy drinks. Do not minimize your water intake as it results to make you feel full thus avoiding to make bad food choices. Use salad and loads of salad and eat it slowly as it helps you in sticking to your cheat plan. You can surely take a dig on your favorite desserts, but they should be small in quantity minimizing the risk of ruining your everyday effort.
