An invite can surely pump up your level of happiness to new heights, but does that mean your health regime is signaling you red flags? It becomes difficult to go into a social event and not give in to the delicious food, but it is not next to impossible to enjoy the company and eatables. Before the Event
 
It is a golden time to plan post party to avoid indulging in high calorie intake food. To prepare for it you can save yourself by eating small meals from home itself. It will help in curbing down your hunger making you feel full and in the long run it will help you to avoid making bad food choices on the venue.

During the Event

Now, when you are a part of umpteen people in the event it is hard to go unnoticed by not having anything to eat. This is having an alternative to it too. You can focus on low calorie dishes. You can surely take a dig on your favorite desserts, but they should be small in quantity minimizing the risk of ruining your everyday effort.
