WARM UP IS ESSENTIAL

warm up is necessary before & after every workout. It reduces the chance of
getting hurt during workout. The first mistake that lifters do is that they
miss WARM UP sessions. If you skip warming up sessions then your muscles will
get sore after exercise. It is a must to warm up before and after a good
training session.
DON’T OVERDO IT
Most
of the lifters become lazy on leg day and that’s what makes their legs weak and
thin. Don’t put pressure on your upper body muscles but rather try to maintain
a balance between upper & lower body exercises.
